Public Talk: The Courage to Be Simply Me

In this free public talk, wellbeing expert Jossy Jimenez outlines the tools we need to be "simply me" - to be mindful, to lean into vulnerability, to live authentically and with integrity. Jossy examines the latest research in these areas, and offers a sample of evidence-based practices that develop our capacity to be comfortably and happily ourselves! Jossy has a Masters in Human Development, and a Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation from UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She has specialised trainings in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (from UCSD), Compassion Cultivation Training (from Stanford), the Science of Happiness (Berkeley), amongst others. She has a decade's experiences in implementing wellbeing programs in Fortune 500 corporations, government organisations, educational institutions, and healthcare providers, in Australia and in the Americas.
